Inner Stance International B.V., established at Swalmerstraat 61, 6041 CW Roermond, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data.

What information we collect
When you visit our website, we collect information relating to your device, your browser, and the way you navigate our content, such as your IP address, device type, browser and operating system, approximate location (country only), display language, the date and time of access, the site you were referred from, the pages you view, and the links you click. If you choose to download our resources or to register for our newsletter, events, or updates, we may ask you to complete a form with information such as your name and email address.
Cookies and tracking
On your first visit we inform you about the types of cookies we use and let you set your preferences through a cookie banner. We use analytics and marketing cookies only where you give explicit consent, and you can withdraw or change that consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in our website footer or through your browser settings.
For website analytics we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. It is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner, and it helps us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. In doing so Google may transfer and process data outside the European Union under the appropriate safeguards. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is not loaded.
Why we use this information
Mainly to manage and secure our website, for aggregated web analytics to improve it, to give visitors a better browsing experience, and, where you have agreed to receive our communications, for marketing.

When we collect your data
We collect your data when you provide it to us, for example by email, phone, or in person, or when your company or organisation puts you forward as a contact for our services. We may also collect data where it has been made publicly available, for example on public or social media such as LinkedIn, where it shows you are the right contact for us to speak to about our services.
Why we collect your data
We use your data to present and carry out our services to you or your organisation; to enter into and maintain a relationship and an agreement with you; to meet administrative, invoicing, accounting, and tax obligations; to contact you about our newsletter, events, and other activities that may interest you; to monitor and improve the quality of our services; and to keep our business secure. Where you are an employee, intern, or freelancer, we use your data to carry out that relationship and to meet the related legal obligations.
What personal data we process
We process the personal data needed for the purposes above, such as your name, role, and professional contact details. For employees, interns, and freelancers we process the further data needed for that relationship. We only record special categories of personal data where this is necessary to meet a legal obligation, where consent has been given, or where it is otherwise permitted by law.
Marketing
We may also use your data to contact you for direct marketing, such as offers of products and services that may interest you. We do this only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw or update at any time through the link in our emails or through your account.

Who we share your data with
We may share your personal data with other entities of the Straight-Line Leadership group, with processors and suppliers who provide services or carry out work on our behalf, with authorities where we are legally required to, and in any other case where we may be obliged to do so, for example by a court order. Your personal data may be transferred outside the Netherlands, and we have taken the necessary measures to ensure that any data transferred is adequately protected.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed to carry out the purposes described above and to meet our legal obligations. Website analytics data is kept only in aggregated form, in a way that can no longer be related to you. Information you provide when downloading a resource or registering for our newsletter, events, or updates is kept for two years from the date of last contact.
Your rights and withdrawing consent
You have the right to request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction of the personal data we process about you, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can unsubscribe from our communications through the link in every email or through your account. EU and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
Security of your data
We do everything we reasonably can to secure your personal data against unlawful use, through physical, administrative, organisational, and technical measures. Only authorised staff have access to the data, we use two-factor authentication and encryption to secure the transfer and storage of personal data, and we require processors acting on our behalf to secure your data to the same standard.
Data breach notification
If there is a security incident or data breach involving your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of discovery, where this is legally required.

We may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time. The most recent version is always available on our website, and we will actively inform you of any significant changes that affect the processing of your personal data.
