Scarcity creates value

An abundance of literally anything degrades its value.

Printing too much money creates inflation because it creates a decline in currency value.

Diamonds are considered valuable because they’re scarce.

When there is too few of something or when it’s hard to get, its value will often increase immensely.

So:

If you’re always smiling, your smile means nothing.

If you say you love everyone, your love means nothing.

If you’re kind to everyone, your kindness means nothing.

If you’re tolerant of all viewpoints, your tolerance means nothing.

If you say you respect everyone you meet, your respect means nothing.

There’s a huge difference between going through the motions, doing what you think you’re supposed to do, and being a sincere individual.

It’s entirely two different worlds.

Scarcity creates value.

And a lack of sincerity creates scarcity.
