They want to know what you can do for them.
It’s vital to learn what an individual is capable of doing in the real world.
Possible subjects to address for interview engagements:
Tell me the story of your life.
Tell me about the problems you’ve been up against and how you dealt with them.
What’s the toughest problem you’ve ever had to
deal with?
How did you handle it?
What’s the biggest setback you’ve experienced in life?
How did you deal with it?
Where do you want to be in ten years?
What do you anticipate might get in your way?
How will you deal with those things that might get in your way?
